When you contact us by e-mail or via the contact form, the data you provide (your name, the company, your function, e-mail address and, if applicable, your telephone number) will be stored by us in order to answer your questions. We delete the data collected in this context as soon as the inquiry has been answered or restrict the processing if there are statutory retention obligations. This constitutes the legal basis of consent pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 a) GDPR.

If you contact us in response to a job offer or on your own initiative, we will process your personal data for the duration of the application process. In order to defend against any allegations of discrimination, we are legally entitled to retain the application for a period of two months from receipt of the rejection. Your personal data will be deleted at this time at the latest.

b. Visiting the website

When using the website for information purposes, i.e. if you do not register or otherwise provide us with information, we only collect the personal data that your browser transmits to our server. The aforementioned data is deleted within 7 days. Furthermore, the firewall stores your IP address beyond this period for security reasons. The IP address is stored by the firewall for security purposes for 90 days, after which it is deleted unless there are legitimate interests to the contrary.
